Primedia@Home Draws Rowmoor Consumers To New Development

PRIMEDIA@HOME’s Intersect Direct team recently created awareness of Rowmoor Investments’ new property development in Kelvin Manor and also its official on-site launch and Expo at Sandton City Shopping Centre.

The interactive campaign was created by ADLAB Advertising, a boutique agency set on doing things differently. It targeted all income groups and races within the Kelvin suburb and surrounds, and saw PRIMEDIA@HOME’s branded Rowmoor promoters attracting considerable consumer interest and focus on main, grid-locked arterial routes.

Wearing bright pink hard hats and branded Rowmoor t-shirts with the payoff line, ‘Your place or mine?’, four PRIMEDIA@HOME promoters per intersection were stationed on the corners of Marlboro Drive and Pretoria Main Road, William Nicol and Sandton Drive, Bowling and South, and Katherine and Grayston Drive, where they distributed flyers to, and engaged with commuters discussing the promotion.

“The tongue-in-cheek creative attracted a lot of attention, ensuring direct and positive interaction with the target audience,” says Terry Munton, Chief Sales Officer of PRIMEDIA@HOME.

“Thank you to PRIMEDIA@HOME for a very successful campaign,” adds Anisca Maartens, ADLAB Advertising Account Manager.
